Junior Coach Pathway

Our Aim

RHC Juniors develop many skills throughout their time at the club. Our Junior Coach Pathway aims give young people the ability to develop as coaches, umpires and team management. It involves working with other young people and alongside our existing team of coaches, managers, and adult umpires.

Running throughout the season, a series of training sessions will give you a chance to learn how to be a great Junior Coach. In September you will start working with our junior age groups teams on a weekday evening and/or Sunday morning.

 Who is it aimed at?

Our JCP is aimed at existing Junior RHC Players from Year 10. It can help to fulfil the service requirement of the Duke of Edinburgh Award Scheme.
